Legal Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions

This notice, required under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, covers the paid plans of O®b. (Orb): subscription and single purchase.

Prices (tax included)	Subscription: ¥1,078 per month, ¥8,580 per year Single purchase: ¥385 for an image, ¥605 for a video Prices are set in Japanese yen. At checkout, they may be shown in your local currency.
Additional fees	The cost of connecting to the internet is borne by the customer.

Payment timing	Subscription: The first payment is made when you subscribe. After that, you are charged automatically each month (or each year for the annual plan) on the date corresponding to your original subscription date, until you cancel. Single purchase: At the time of purchase
Payment processing	Payments are received and processed by Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe group company, as the seller (merchant of record). Link will email you a receipt, and the charge will appear on your card statement as “LINK.COM* ORB APP”. Credit card details are sent directly from the checkout page to Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates, which manage them. They never pass through the servers of this site (O®b.), and the Operator does not store or manage card details.
Time of delivery	Available immediately after payment is complete.
Details of the service	Subscription: Exports in all formats without the logo (including Copy SVG and 4K). One license key can be used on up to 2 devices (only one device of each type at a time). Single purchase: The right to export the work, as it was at the time of purchase, without the logo — images via Save SVG, Save PNG and Save JPG; videos via Save MP4 and PNG sequence (excluding 4K). The export period is 30 days from purchase. Files exported on a paid plan may be used indefinitely, including for commercial purposes (see the Terms of Use).
Cancellation	You can cancel your subscription at any time via Link (app.link.com). After canceling, you can continue to use it until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds are provided. To switch between monthly and annual billing, please cancel and then subscribe again.
Returns and cancellations	Due to the nature of digital goods, requests for cancellation, return or refund are not accepted after payment. However, the Operator will issue a refund in the event of a duplicate charge, or if a purchase cannot be exported due to a defect on the Operator’s side. Refunds may also be issued at the discretion of Link’s buyer support.
System requirements	The latest version of Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge or Firefox. Video export (Save MP4) requires a browser that supports WebCodecs.
